Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day if shipped to your billing address, orders sent to a non-billing address may require a signature. Orders are processed around the clock and emails are answered Monday through Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-1pm PST excluding Holidays.
All orders are shipped though US Postal Service. Shipping generally takes 1-3 days to most of the United States. International shipping is no longer available. We are not responsible and can not be held liable for any orders that are shown as delivered by USPS but are not received by you.
Limited Warranty
Northwest Vapors sells to retail outlets and to the general public and offers the finest electronic cigarettes and guarantees parts and/or any other accessories purchased from Northwest Vapors for 30 days after receipt of the product. Defective products can be returned within that 30 day time frame for a complete replacement or refund. This time frame helps Northwest Vapors pass on the savings to you and provide the products inexpensively. Other companies provide extended warranties but charge $100-$150 for the same product. Please check and test your equipment during this 30 day time frame. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper handling or installation, improper use, improper maintenance or modification, use of parts or supplies not provided or supported by Northwest Vapors. Keep your device separate from other items like keys or change which can collide with the device causing cosmetic or functional damage. Warranty claims for scratches will not be accepted. This warranty is also void if product is in any way abused, damaged or modified from its original state, or used for other than indoor use. All of our parts are manufactured with the highest standards and are checked for quality and tested at the factory and by our warehouse before they are shipped to you.
Customers should be aware that our Rechargeable Electronic Cigarette Batteries and Atomizers are manufactured to the highest quality, however these products may fail or degrade over time especially if under constant use. Due to the normal usage and limited life expectancy of atomizers they are only warranted to not be DOA. (Dead On Arrival). Northwest Vapors cannot be responsible for inappropriate use Example: Dry burning, use on high voltage units, usage on batteries or devices not sold by Northwest Vapors and not insuring the atomizer is kept wet at all times etc.. Please note the average lifespan of an Electronic Cigarette Atomizer is around 14-60 days and a Battery can be up to 300 days dependent on its care and how they are used and maintained. Procedures must be followed to prevent malfunction and damage of the product. We do not accept warranty claims if you use other operation procedures other than the ones stipulated on this website or contained in the owners manual.
Most users purchase extra or "spare" Electronic Cigarette Atomizers and Electronic Cigarette Batteries when they place their order.
Northwest Vapors Electronic Cigarette's contain lithium ion batteries, electronic circuitry and microprocessors. Electronic Cigarette's should be stored and handled with care to extend their lifespan. Damage may occur if the battery is not charged properly or is used after the battery flashes, dropped, placed near magnets or electronic transmitting devices such as "cell phones and/or electronic keys" or is subjected to humidity, water and temperature extremes.
